2003 - Comments from members of the company

I thought the atmosphere for the season was wonderful, the audiences stupendous and the actors great great fun. I wouldn't have missed it for the world. There was lovely support from the people of Farnham - they bent over backwards to help.

Pat Larke, key volunteer.

. . . it was a great opportunity and fabulous that someone gave me the chance. The professionals were very very kind - one of them offered to help me with auditions. I'd love the chance to do another.

It was wonderful to have such high quality performances on our doorstep, plus easy parking and back by ten-thirty! West End performances without West End hassle.

Nigel Morley, volunteer actor (Henry IV) and Website Editor

I was thrilled to be part of a very special summer.

What a group NFRC is and how much pleasure they bring to people.

How good the summers are!

Phyllida Adams, volunteer actor, (David Copperfield)

It was great fun to be in the play and I made lots of new friends. It was a fantastic cast and I learned so much from the other actors. The company picks really good shows that people want to see. I am so glad that I got to be a part of David Copperfield.

It was a joy to work on and I enjoyed the doing of it. It was a lovely ambience and there are an awful lot of people in Farnham who clearly want it.

William Whymper, professional actor.
